The skills he exhibited made it possible for the following work to be completed in one day, and at a reasonable price: - Replaced kitchen faucet - Removed and hung a new ceiling fan - Repaired a leaky external faucet (remember, it’s been cold and it was important to get that fixed ASAP, to prevent frozen pipes) - Removed interior door, and replaced with new door… including 2 coats of paint, made all cuts necessary for hinges, door knob, and latch, and installed new door handle. The door swings perfectly in the jamb. I’ve already started another list of work for him and have recommended his services to at least a dozen people."
