- Clear photo/video update when complete
Priority response option: add $50 for guaranteed 24-hour response (subject to schedule).
Monthly STR Care Plan $200/mo (~4 hrs)
- One scheduled monthly visit (preventive maintenance)
- Minor repairs included within monthly hours
- Priority scheduling for additional work
- Simple monthly summary for your records
Great for hands-off hosting and avoiding surprise problems.
Routine Rental Check-Up (Quarterly) $125 (~2.5 hrs)
