Who We Are
Prescott Serve Pro is built on a simple promise: honest work, fair prices, and local hands you can trust. My name is Bill Duzan, and after nearly three decades of serving families as an elementary educator in Arizona, I’m returning to my first passion — working with my hands, solving problems, and helping people keep their homes in great shape.
Our Philosophy
We do one job at a time until the customer is satisfied the job was done right as outlined in the contract. Prescott Serve Pro would be the neighbor everyone wishes they had. They’re the kind of person who shows up on time, shakes your hand, and actually listens when you tell them what you need.
Experience & Trust
Before teaching, I spent 13 years in the shingle roofing industry, including 5 years as owner-operator of Aztech Roofing. Now, as I finish a 27-year teaching career, I’m bringing both sets of skills together to serve homeowners here in the Prescott and Quad Cities communities. I understand what homeowners expect: someone who shows up, listens, communicates clearly, and delivers quality results you can count on.
